I'm Tereza Cristina Guimarães, a medical graduated at Federal University of Pernambuco on 1979. Psychiatry was my area of greatest interest during medical school. But early, I realized that the understanding I was seeking might lie in other books. Then, in homeopathy I found the answers I was looking for.

On my specialization in Homeopathy (1987) certified by the Hahnemannian Institute of Brazil, I understood the paths taken by the energy of life and how it expressed itself in tangible experience.

Many years later (2006), inspired by the language of Psychiatric Reform, I returned to my studies specializing in Mental Health at the Faculty of Philosophy in Recife.

Flower essences entered the same door as homeopathy, when they were mentioned in the course as a new therapeutic modality created by an English homeopathic physician named Edward Bach. Enchanted by this principle, in which flowers healed human emotions, I went to California and completed my Practitioner Certification with the Flower Essence Society (FES) in 1997.

Wanting to understand more and more the subjective language of existing between heaven and earth, in 2010 I completed training in Dakshina Tantra Yoga at ABDTY (Brazilian Association of Dakshina Tantra Yoga).

In 2014, I ventured through the lands, fields, and beaches of Western Canada seeking to learn more about the wisdom not only of flowers, but also of the abyssal secrets of the sea. Pacific Essences (Victoria, BC), owned by producer Sabina Pettitt, gifted me with the responsibility of being one of their teachers. I was enchanted!!!

The ancient wisdom of Hinduism, with its deities and yoga practices, dialogued with Traditional Chinese Medicine in a reading of the integrated pulse of the universe, consolidating for me the certainty of the path I have taken thus far.

But...what about the body?...what a precious field of information it carries in its expression in the world! Kinesiology would offer many answers to my research and my purpose of comprehensive care. In 2015, the force of life took me to Porto, Portugal, where I was able to fulfill my dream of training in Advanced Kinesiology.

Many paths, so many trails, but one purpose: comprehensive care, enchantment with existence... the improvement of awareness of what Life is.
